GoMovies privacy
GoMovies is designed for catalog browsing without a required account. This page explains local My List storage, ordinary technical data and the boundary at independent providers.
My List and browser storage
Saved movie and television choices are stored in the current browser profile. They are not automatically synchronized across devices. Clearing site data, using private browsing or switching profiles can remove or isolate them. Anyone who can use the same browser profile may be able to see the list.
Country preference
A visitor may choose a country to make viewing availabilitys more relevant. That preference can be stored locally. It is a discovery setting, not proof of residence or entitlement. Providers perform their own regional and account checks.
Technical operation
Web servers and hosting layers can process ordinary request data needed for delivery, reliability and security, such as time, route, browser information and network address. Retention and logging should be limited to operational needs and the website host’s published privacy configuration.
No required GoMovies account
Ordinary search search and public catalog exploration do not require a GoMovies account. This reduces credential collection but does not make the browser profile private from its other users. A provider can require its own account after an outbound handoff.
Independent destinations
When you open a provider, app store, TMDB or another external site, its privacy terms apply. GoMovies does not control its cookies, accounts, payments, downloads or player telemetry. Read the address before sharing personal information.
Your controls
Remove entries through My List, manage permissions through browser settings and clear GoMovies site data when appropriate. Note important titles first because local saves can be lost. For a privacy question tied to a public page, use Contact without sending passwords or payment details.
